Mallinckrodt will acquire Sucampo Pharmaceuticals’ commercial and development assets for approximately $1.2 billion, pending regulatory approval.

Recent SEC filings provided insights into Exact Sciences, the company that manufactures Cologuard, finding President and CEO Kevin Conroy sold 245,362 shares for a total of $13 million.

Pentax Medical launched its C.A.P. HD Duodenoscope in the U.S.; it is the first duodenoscope with a disposable distal cap.
