Check-Cap CEO to ring NASDAQ closing bell to celebrate IPO

Today, Check-Cap, a company focused on gastrointestinal imaging devices, will celebrate its initial public offering and simultaneous private placement.

Guy Neev, the company’s CEO, will ring the NASDAQ closing bell of the March 31 trading day, which coincides with the last day of Colon Cancer Awareness Month.

Check-Cap’s system included an ingestible imaging capsule designed for colorectal cancer screening.
