Charlevoix (Mich.) Area Hospital added gastroenterologist Thomas Tietjen, MD, to its medical team.

Borys Buniak, MD, and Adam Berg, MD, at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Crouse Hospital, both in Syracuse, N.Y., are part of a small group of physicians performing fecal transplants for patients who suffer from severe C. diff. infections.

Alan Maltbie, MD, Kirk Mullins, MD, and Douglas Walsh, MD, of Baton Rouge, La.-based Gastroenterology Associates, will start seeing patients at the new office location in the Lane Regional Medical Center campus in Zachary, La.
