1. Michael R. Pike, MD, founded CGA in 1986.

2. The practice has grown to include seven physicians and over 30 staff members.

3. Dr. Pike earned his medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City and completed his residency at NYU School of Medicine, also in New York City.
