1. Dr. Gutman is the hospital’s first-ever gastroenterologist.

2. He sees patients at Carthage Surgical Clinic.

3. Dr. Gutman also directs the gastroesophageal reflux program at North Shore University in Manhasset, N.Y.

4. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency at Houston-based Baylor College of Medicine. He completed a fellowship at Philadelphia-based Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center.
