Buffalo Medical Group’s GI Physicians to Move Practice Out of Buffalo General Medical Center

Buffalo (N.Y.) Medical Group’s gastroenterology group is ending its relationship with Buffalo (N.Y.) General Medical Center, according to a Buffalo Business First report.

The four surgeons, who are a part of the GI group, are moving their practice to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Williamsville, N.Y., and Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo.

BMG Spokesman Joe Martone told Buffalo Business First that the decision was made to allow the physicians to provide better local coverage for the group’s patients, according to the report.
