Dr. Hendrick previously was medical director of the Bariatric Surgical Center at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital. He has more than 15 years of surgical experience and has performed more than 1,500 weight loss surgery procedures. His surgical interests include laparoscopic and da Vinci robotic-assisted gastric bypass surgery, laparoscopic adjustable gastric band and laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
After earning his MD from Wayne State University, Dr. Hendrick completed his residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit.
