ABIM update: CME approved for MOC points

The GI societies have been advocating for the American Board of Internal Medicine to overhaul its Maintenance of Certification process. Now, ABIM has announced Continuing Medical Education credit from an approved provider can now count as MOC credit, according to the American College of Gastroenterology

The ACG is beginning to integrate MOC credit into existing CME programs including the ACG Annual Postgraduate Course, according to the report.
