The project includes a clinical space and a central-plant facility. The clinical space, accounting for $82 million of the project cost, will be a 142,000-square-foot building that will feature endoscopy rooms, an additional 39 inpatient beds, 17 emergency rooms and four operating rooms.
The central-plant facility aspect of the project is valued at $8 million and will serve as the utilities supplier for the Victory Lakes Campus.
The clinical space is expected to be completed in February 2015. The central-plant facility is scheduled for completion in August 2014.
