Gastrointestinal & Liver Specialists of Tidewater in Norfolk, Va., is collaborating with HyGleaCare to open a new HyGleaCare Center.

CRH Medical acquired 51 percent ownership of Knoxville (Tenn.) Gastroenterology Anesthesia Associates.

Cantel Medical acquired Medical Innovations Group for a purchase price of $79.5 million in cash consideration.

Modernizing Medicine, based in Boca Raton, Fla., closed the previously announced acquisition of Weston, Fla.-based gMed.
