HOYA Group PENTAX Medical acquired an interest in Creo Medical, a U.K.-based electrosurgical energy devices company.

Cantel Medical acquired Medical Innovations Group for a purchase price of $79.5 million in cash consideration.

Modernizing Medicine, based in Boca Raton, Fla., closed the previously announced acquisition of Weston, Fla.-based gMed.
