Affiliated Community Medical Centers and Rice Memorial Hospital, both in Willmar, Minn., are building a new ambulatory surgery center, including gastrointestinal endoscopy and pain management services.

Charlotte, N.C.-based Pamlico Capital sold Physicians Endoscopy to Kelso & Company in a recapitalization transaction with management.

The Orlando-based Florida Hospital Center for Interventional Endoscopy now uses the Cellvizio System, an endomicroscopy diagnostic device.
