Here are three GI-focused ASCs and facilities that recently made headlines.

Physicians Endoscopy partnered with Englewood (N.J.) Hospital and Medical Center and the physicians of Gastroenterology Group of Northern New Jersey to open Northern New Jersey Center for Advanced Endoscopy in Englewood Cliffs, N.J.

The Hilton Head Island, S.C.-based Outpatient Surgery Center of Hilton Head, which has been recognized by the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy for promoting quality in endoscopy, was sold for $8 million.

Ballston, N.Y.-based Saratoga Schenectady Endoscopy Center, which is owned by the physician group Saratoga Schenectady Gastroenterology Associates, secured a $16.3 million loan from KeyBank.
