The cardiology transactions shaping the industry

Here are three recent cardiology transactions that Becker’s has reported on since Feb. 6:

1. Private equity company WindRose Health Investors acquired Houston-based CardioOne.

2. Watertown, N.Y.-based Samaritan Medical added cardiology services through the acquisition of Cardiology Associates of Northern New York, now known as Samaritan Cardiology.

3. Heart & Vascular Partners, a Deerfield, Ill.-based management services company, partnered with St. Louis Heart & Vascular.
