A report from the Commonwealth Fund outlined which states have the best and the worst performing health systems, basing their rankings on health outcomes, health disparities, access and quality of care.

The top five:

1. Hawaii
2. Massachusetts
3. Minnesota
4. Washington
5. Connecticut

The bottom five:

1. Arkansas
2. Nevada
3. Texas
4. Oklahoma
5. Mississippi
