GI leader to know: Dr. Daniel Raines of LSU Health New Orleans

Daniel Raines, MD, is the chief and program director for the section of gastroenterology at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center New Orleans.

Dr. Raines also serves as an associate professor of clinical medicine at LSU Health, and focuses on small bowel disease. Dr. Raines sits on the advisory committee to the department of graduate medical education.

Dr. Raines earned his medical degree from LSU and is a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology.
