Here are five recent news updates on ASC companies.

Surgical Care Affiliatescash flow from operating activities was $42.3 million, up 7.3 percent from the second quarter of last year.

United Surgical Partners International‘s net revenues increased to $161.1 million, up 4 percent from $155.2 million in the prior year.

Foundation Healthcare reported $22.1 million in revenue for the quarter, a 2 percent increase from $21.6 million in the second quarter of 2013.

Hospital Corporation of America stock traded at $67.74 per share during the week of Aug. 11 to 15, up 0.91 percent.

Medical Facilities Corporation announced a cash pay dividend of Cdn$0.09375 per common share, which will be payable on Sept. 15.
