Zacks has rated AmSurg stock at its highest ranking, “strong buy,” according to a NASDAQ report.

Hospital Corporation of America posted revenues of $9.22 billion in the third quarter of 2014, up 9 percent from the same period last year.

Richard L. Sharff, general counsel of Surgical Care Affiliates, sold 10,051 shares of SCA stock for a total transaction price of $305,449.89, according to a WKRB News & Analysis report.

SurgCenter Development and a group of physicians plan to develop a surgery center at University Estates in Athens, Ohio, according to an AthensOhioToday report.
