602 infants' data potentially disclosed by theft at Moran Eye Center
Electronic equipment stolen from the Salt Lake City-based John A. Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah contained the information of 602 infants and five adults. A laptop computer and external storage device stolen from locked storage stored retinal images, full or partial names, birthdays and medical reference numbers for 607 patients. Neither device stored Social Security numbers or financial information.

NJ medical office building opens with space for ASC
Browns Mills Medical Office Building in Pemberton Township, N.J., opened earlier this week and includes space for an ASC on its third floor.
