1. Average number of cases per day: 17
2. Cases per day at ASCs with less than $4.5 million: 11.8
3. Cases per day at ASCs with $4.5 million to $6.9 million: 17.1
4. Cases per day at ASCs with more than $6.9 million: 21
5. Surgical cases per operating room: 3 per day
6. Surgical cases per OR at ASCs with less than $4.5 million: 2.2 per day
7. Surgical cases per OR at ASCs with $4.5 million to 6.9 million: 2.9 per day
8. Surgical cases per OR at ASCs with more than $6.9 million: 3.4 per day
9. 28 percent of cases are performed by the top two physicians
10. 74 percent are performed by the top five physicians
