Wisconsin medical office building sells for $52M

A medical office building in Wauwatosa, Wis., has sold for $52.5 million, according to a March 12 report from the Milwaukee Business Journal.

The three-story, 100,977-square-foot facility is fully occupied by the Medical College of Wisconsin.

The building was purchased by investment management firm Hammes Partners and sold by real estate firm Heitman in a February deal. 

The facility houses primary care, urgent care, internal medicine, spine care, pharmacy, plastic surgery and a vein center. It will continue running under the guidance of MCW.
