Welltower spent $485 million on outpatient medical office buildings in the fourth quarter.

Two transactions:

1. Welltower wholly acquired an outpatient medical office building on John Hopkins Howard County General Hospital’s campus in Columbia, Md., for $79 million.

2. The medical office building is 160,190 square feet. It is adjacent to a 56,000-square-foot building Welltower also owns.

3. Welltower also acquired an outpatient medical office building in San Antonio for $15 million.

4. Texas Oncology fully leases the 38,237-square-foot building.
