Vision Innovation Partners acquired Washington, D.C.-based Washington Eye Specialists, expanding its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Washington Court House, Ohio-based Fayette County Memorial Hospital is seeking Fayette County's approval to add three operating rooms to its surgery center.

Pinehurst (N.C.) Medical Clinic and Pinehurst Surgical physicians are collaborating on two 40,000-square-foot buildings to improve access to care.

Milwaukee Surgery Center filed for Chapter 7 liquidation in Wisconsin Eastern Bankruptcy Court.

Oklahoma City-based Surgery Center of Oklahoma is offering patients access to financing through a partnership with MedPlan Credit of Tulsa.
