Richmond, Va.-based VCU Health purchased a four-story, 109,000-square-foot office building in the city’s Stony Point area for $16 million.
The property adds to the system’s nearby holdings, which include the VCU Medical Center and its Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Center, according to a Sept. 11 Richmond BizSense report.
A health system spokesperson said the site offers an opportunity for on-campus expansion, though specific plans have not been announced, according to the report.
