Vaughn Nelson Investment Management, based in Houston, has increased its ownership of ambulatory surgery center company AmSurg, according to a Post Business report.
At the end of 2014, Vaughn Nelson Investment Management increased its ownership in the company to more than 2.2 million shares, a 5.9 percent stake.
AmSurg shares have risen 11 percent over the past three months, according to the report.
