3 recent ASC acquisitions

Here are three recent ambulatory surgery center acquisitions.

Bloss Memorial Healthcare District, based in Atwater, Calif., acquired the Central California Dental Surgicenter, also in Atwater.

Surgery Partners acquired a majority interest in Delaware Outpatient Center for Surgery in Newark.

Weston Eye Center in Roseburg, Ore., became a part of the NVISION Laser Eye Centers network. Jon-Mar Weston, MD, will retain a stake in the center, taking on NVISION as a shareholder.
