1. The expansion is a two-story addition to the Frontenac Grove Medical Building, which houses Frontenac Surgery and Spine Care Center.
2. In early 2019, 1,672 square feet of medical office space will be available for lease on the second floor.
3. The building will be about 47,000 square feet after the expansion.
