Athens, Ga.-based GNS Surgery Center, a United Surgical Partners International affiliate, installed the Mazor Robotics Renaissance system and completed the first procedure using the system.

If KKR’s proposed acquisition of Nashville, Tenn.-based Envision Healthcare is approved, the investment company will have approximately 300 ASCs in its portfolio. KKR already owns Nashville-based Covenant Surgical Partners.

Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA healthcare will pay a $0.35 per share dividend to shareholders of record June 29.

American Vision Partners affiliate Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Phoenix partnered with Show Low, Ariz.-based Miles Eye Center to expand vision care services in Show Low and Lakeside, Ariz.

Leawood, Kan.-based NueHealth partnered with Philadelphia-based Rothman Institute, Philadelphia-based Jefferson Health and 14 multispecialty physicians to acquire the Plymouth Meeting, Pa.-based Blue Bell Surgery Center.
