USPI Acquires Titan Health

United Surgical Partners International has acquired Titan Health Corp., according to a Cain Brothers case study report (pdf). Cain Brothers was retained by Titan as its financial advisor to explore sale of the company.

USPI has acquired Titan’s equity ownership and management agreements in Titan’s affiliated ambulatory surgery centers.

 

Seventeen ASCs and a project in development were acquired by USPI. Equity interests in two of Titan’s ASCs were sold to physician partners.
