Urology of Virginia to Launch $17.8M Expansion Project Including ASC

Urology of Virginia intends to begin a $17.8 million expansion project, which includes an ambulatory surgery center, according to a PilotOnline.com report.

Urology of Virginia will expand into a 42,585-square-foot building next to its current Virginia Beach location. The three-story facility will house an ambulatory surgery center, cancer center and physician offices.

The expansion is expected to create 66 new full-time positions, including eight physicians.

Virginia Beach Development authority has given Urology of Virginia a $150,000 grant.
