University of Minnesota to Break Ground on $160M Ambulatory Care Center

The University of Minnesota will break ground on its $160 million Ambulatory Care Center this week, according to a Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal report.

The outpatient health center is being developed in partnership with Fairview Health Services.

The Ambulatory Care Center will include an ambulatory surgery center, comprehensive cancer center and several clinics.

The project is expected to reach completion in January 2016.
