Tricity Pain Associates to open new location with ASC: 5 key notes

Tricity Pain Associates broke ground on a new facility in New Braunfels, Texas.

Here are five key notes on the project:

1. The 15,000-square-foot spine and pain centers will include an ambulatory surgery center and physician medical offices.

2. The principle head of development for the project is Urfan Dar, MD, medical director at Theda Oaks Surgery Center in San Antonio and president of Tricity Pain Associates.

3. The center is expected to open in early 2016.

4. Services at Tricity Pain Associates include epidural steroid injections, discography, stimulators, intrathecal pump implants and other pain management procedures.

5. The physicians are associated with the American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Pain Society, Texas Pain Society and Interventional Spinal Injection Society.
