The Everett Clinic to open $10M surgery center, urgent care clinic: 5 points

The Everett Clinic is opening a new surgery center and urgent care walk-in clinic in Edmonds, Wash., according to Herald Net.

1. The project will cost $10 million.

2. The 31,507-square-foot clinic will house three operating rooms.

3. The surgery center and clinic’s opening falls in line with The Everett Clinic’s expansion goals following its merger with Denver-based DaVita Healthcare last year.

4. At the center, providers will offer services including orthopedics, ear nose and throat, hand surgery, physiatry, general surgery and advanced imaging.

5. Orthopedic surgeon Scott Schaaf, DO, will be the surgery center’s medical director.
