1. Texas Health Surgery Center renewed its lease for 8,285 square feet at Preston Plaza.
2. In addition to its existing space, the surgery center’s lease was expanded to include another 5,546 square feet, according to the report.
3. Texas Health Surgery Center offers ENT, podiatry, gastroenterology, general surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics and pain management procedures.
