Three insights:
1. The 38,800-square-foot, three-story medical office building is 50 percent pre-leased by an ASC and a diagnostic imaging center.
2. The initial tenants are expected to move in later this year and begin seeing patients in December.
3. D’Agostino Cos. plans to begin construction in April.
