Surgery Center of Kenai files for $1M in equity financing

Joseph Hurley, president of the Surgery Center of Kenai (Alaska) has filed form D for $1 million in equity financing, according to an OCTA FINANCE report.

The reason for the financing was unspecified. The offering is still open, according to the report.
