St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to Build $198M Surgery and ICU Center in Memphis

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will receive $20 million from the Eric Trump Foundation toward a $198 million surgery and ICU center, according to a Commercial Appeal report.

The surgical and intensive care center will be housed in a seven-story tower on the hospital’s campus in downtown Memphis. The Eric Trump Foundation Surgical & ICU Center is intended to treat catastrophic and unthinkable illnesses, according to a statement from the hospital.

The gift is the single largest donation made yet for the tower.
