St. Joseph Mercy ASC ‘Deals of the Year’ finalist

Ann Arbor, Mich.-based St. Joseph Mercy Health System’s Outpatient Surgery Center is one of three health sector businesses named as finalists for the 2014 Deals of the Year list for The Ann Arbor News.

St. Joseph Mercy Health System recently invested $30 million into the construction and outfitting of the center, which contains state-of-the-art equipment, nine operating rooms, minimally invasive surgical instrumentation and hybrid ORs. The center opened May 2014.

The Deals of the Year finalist list includes business from seven sectors in the local economy, chosen from nominations submitted by the public. Winners will be announced Nov. 7 at a banquet in Ann Arbor, according to the report.
