Somerset Development Purchases $27M Site for Construction of Surgery Center

Somerset Development has purchased a 1.7 million-square-foot site from the Township of Holmdel, N.J., for $27 million, according to a report by The Paramus Post.

The site will be home to a 400,000-square-foot outpatient surgery center, as well as residential and retail space.
