Shore Health’s new medical pavilion to offer outpatient surgery: 3 notes

Cambridge, Md.-based Shore Health is expanding its footprint through two new medical facilities in Cambridge, according to Dorchester Banner.

Here are three notes:

1. One facility will house a 50,000 square foot medical pavilion.

2. The pavilion will offer outpatient surgery as well as outpatient services like rehabilitation, a balance center, a cardio-pulmonary center, telemedicine and specialist access.

3. The other facility is an emergency department, which will house private emergency rooms, a two-bed trauma suit and private observation beds.
