Shelby Baptist Ambulatory Surgery Center has filed a certificate of need requesting permission to lease space from Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, Ala., according to an Alabama CON Report.
The surgery center would use the leased space for two to four additional procedure rooms.
