The University of Miami Health plans to break ground on a 200,000-square-foot ambulatory care center in Coral Gables, Fla. Physicians from Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, the health system’s core specialty facilities, will now work in Coral Gables.
The Veterans Affairs Clinic in Billings, Mont., has expansion plans, including a new outpatient surgery center. Once the expansion is complete, the facility is expected to provide care for 11,000 veterans in Montana and 10,000 veterans in Wyoming.
