A multispecialty ASC in Panama City, Fla., leased by SCA Health, has been sold, according to a news release shared with Becker’s.
The 15,255-square-foot facility, Northwest Surgery Center, includes three operating rooms, two procedure rooms, pre- and post-operative recovery areas, and private recovery suites.
The center is staffed by 23 surgeons, 16 of whom are physician owners, representing specialties including cardiology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pain management, plastic surgery and spine surgery.
Northwest Surgery Center recently entered into a partnership with SCA Health and AdventHealth.
The transaction was led by CREG | Healthcare, with Joshua Rees, Andrew Larwood and Allen Inman overseeing the deal. CREG also negotiated the lease with SCA Health and AdventHealth.
