1. RWJBarnabas invested in a 48,000-square-foot expansion of its ambulatory care center in 2016.
2. The system also added primary care and specialist doctors to its 200,000-square foot flagship ambulatory care center within the past two years.
3. The new physician hubs will open in the New Jersey cities of Edison, Bridgewater, Jersey City, Greenville, Ocean Township, Forked River and Eatontown.
4. “These offices allow our patients access to their physicians in a more central location with specialists and other services, such as labs, pharmacy, imaging and surgery, readily available in those locations,” said Thomas Biga, president of the RWJBarnabas’ hospital division.
