Regent Surgical Health names new chief development officer & more: 5 ASC company notes

Here are five updates on ASC management companies.

Regent Surgical Health hired Thomas Crossen as Chief Development Officer.

Envision Healthcare reported same-center revenue increased 0.8 percent as a result of an increase in net revenue per procedure; excluding the impact of hurricane-related disruption, the adjusted same-center revenue increased 2 percent.

Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center plans to open a Clemmons, N.C.-based standalone outpatient surgery center developed in partnership with Surgical Care Affiliates in mid-December.

ValuEngine lowered its rating on Surgery Partners' shares from a "hold" to a "sell."

HCA Healthcare saw its stock go up 8.9 percent from Nov. 21 to Dec. 1, the most among for-profit operators.
