The board was expected to vote Oct. 19, but it has been postponed to Nov. 2.

Hearings on the proposed ASC began in February. Tice Road Properties of Waldwick, N.J., is proposing to raze a home to build a two-story ASC on the property and an adjacent vacant lot. The project has faced a number of obstacles since it was proposed, including challenges from neighbors, planning board members recusing themselves due to conflicts of interest, and questions on zoning and traffic.

The cause of this most recent decision delay is a request by planning board members that they receive a list of the variances being sought by the applicant.
