Physicians Endoscopy signed a strategic agreement with Digestive Healthcare Center physicians on the company’s 58th partnered center — Central Jersey Ambulatory Surgical Center in Hillsborough Township, N.J.

During the second quarter of 2017, Hospital Corporation of America revenue increased 4 percent, hitting $10.73 billion.

In its latest research note, BidaskClub assigned Surgery Partners a “sell” rating.

Tenet Healthcare shares fell 16.2 percent during the week of July 24 to July 28, trading at $17.30 per share.
