Physician Partners of America buys Florida ASC: 3 things to know

Medical organization Physician Partners of America acquired Boynton Beach, Fla.-based Bethesda Outpatient Surgery Center.

Here are three things to know:

1. PPOA completed the sale in May and the ASC has been under new management since May 31.

2. The multispecialty ASC offers podiatry, general surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, pain management, urology and plastic surgery.

3. Bethesda Outpatient Surgery Center is PPOA’s fourth ASC.
