Here’s what you should know:
1. Dr. Collett is building his surgery center in a former restaurant. He purchased the property through his holdings company, Whitewater.
2. His holdings company also purchased a commercial condominium in the Oakland (Maine) Common Medical complex, which he turned into a satellite oral surgery office.
3. The new surgery center location will need extensive renovations. Dr. Collett has yet to announce a timetable for opening.
