Waco, Texas-based Fish Pond Surgery Center filed form D for $1.2 million in equity financing, according to BZ Weekly.

1. The center sold 36.96 percent of its offering and the financing is still open.

2. As a multispecialty ASC, physicians at Fish Pond Surgery Center offer hernia repair, knee arthroscopy, breast biopsy, cataract procedures and carpal tunnel release.
