Park Hill — MOB and ASC open in Fort Worth: 8 key notes

A new medical office building and ambulatory surgery center were completed in Fort Worth.

Adolfson & Peterson/LandPlan have been working on the project. “The A&P team brought their considerable talents to bear and helped us to achieve our goal of developing quality medical solutions for the Fort Worth market,” said David Ransom, AIA, vice president with LandPlan. “LandPlan and its partners at Galen Medical look forward to many more successful projects with the A&P team.

Here are five key facts on the project:

1. The new facility is called Park Hill MOB and ASC, developed by LandPlan Development.

2. The facility includes a three story medical office complex covering 51,500 square feet.

3. The ambulatory surgery center is located in the first floor with 16,946 square feet.

4. There are five operating rooms in the ASC, a PACU, preoperative and OBS rooms.

5. There were several roadblocks in completing the project, but the team was able to complete the project on time and within the budget.

6. The facility was 100 percent compliant with the TDH inspection. The facility conducted mock inspections to prepare.

7. Construction on the office began in April 2014 and officially granted the certification of occupancy on Feb. 20, 2015.

8. The architect was Ascension Group Architects.
